I guess the answer to my original question is NOTHING. I went into another preferences setting (Users) and unlocked the lock there, then went back to screensaver/display, and the '20 minutes' button is still greyed out.

I tested this and it works whether in full screen or not, as long as a video is playing.

It starts after 5 minutes and the setting is greyed out from system preferences - Im not sure if its set by my office admin (its an office issue laptop) but is there anyway to override this Its really annoying. Flash Player 10.1 now temporarily disables your screensaver if video is playing and not paused, stopped or buffering.
